How long does recovery usually take?+
Past clients typically see significant open rate improvement within 2 months. The Recovery Project runs up to 8 weeks. However, exact timelines depend on the severity of the issue, Gmail's algorithms, and how quickly recommendations are executed.
Do you guarantee a specific open rate?+
No — and anyone who does is lying. Gmail's spam filtering is a black box, and results depend on your sending history, industry, and content. What I guarantee: professional diagnostics, a proven methodology, and transparent tracking.
What if pre-screening says my case isn't a good fit?+
I refund the $49 pre-screening fee immediately. I only take cases where I'm confident I can help.
What access do you need from me?+
For the diagnostic phase: DMARC rua configuration, Google Postmaster access, and 14 days of daily send volume + open rate data. For recovery: ability to make DNS/configuration changes and adjust sending patterns as recommended.
What's the refund policy?+
Refundable: if I miss delivery timelines or fail to deliver core report components. Non-refundable: once the diagnostic report is delivered, if you fail to provide required data/access, or if you don't meet prerequisites (e.g., no qualified sending IP). Results impacted by Gmail algorithm changes are not grounds for refund.
Do you work with non-English senders?+
Yes. I work with senders globally. Diagnostics are language-agnostic — the technical fundamentals (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP reputation, sending patterns) are the same regardless of your email content language.
